Each headpiece made at our studio is hand-made using high qulaity jewellery, and therefore each piece of headpiece is unique. Due to the fact that each headpiece is created by hand, you should expect slight variations from the original presented on the website.
All prices are shown in Euro. Prices do not include delivery charges. Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense. PAYMENT We accept the following paments methods: direct bank transfer, card payment, paypal payment.
We need 14 days to produce your product. You will receive tracking number by email, when we send your product. Standard delivery time for USA is 10-15 working days, for Europe 5-10 days and for rest of the world is 10-20 days. If you need your product faster, please contact us by email to manage your wish.
You have to let us know no later that 5 days after ordering, that you want to cancel your order.
You have to let us know no later 2 days from item delivery, that you want to return an item. Then you have 14 days to deliver us an item back.
We do not accept items that have been altered, or washed, and without the tag. The return tag must also be attached. Without the return tag we do not accept returns. When we have received the returned items, we will check quality of item and decide if we return all payment to customer.
We will return payment way you paid for your purchase. Please add to the delivery copy of your order or invoice to be able recognize your payment details.
